QBE North America and Stateside Underwriting Agency Partner on new Errors & Omissions Program for Property Managers

NEW YORK, March 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- QBE North America, in partnership with Stateside Underwriting Agency, announced today a new Errors & Omissions (E&O) program that provides tailored coverage to property managers, including those involved in construction and property development.

The new E&O program, offered on an admitted basis, includes primary policy limits of $5M per claim and $5M in aggregate. Target classes for this program include property management professionals and those offering ancillary services such as Residential Real Estate Agent or Broker services, Property Development Management, Construction Management and Leasing services.
