Qorvis Employees Honored as Rising Stars at PR People Awards 2018

WASHINGTON, Dec. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Grace Fenstermaker, Senior Account Supervisor, and Shannon Quinn, Senior Account Executive of Qorvis Communications were honored with the prestigious PR Rising Star 30 & Under Award on Tuesday, December 4 at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. 

Fenstermaker and Quinn were recognized for outstanding achievement and contributions to innovation in communications over the past year. The PR People Awards, sponsored by PR News, one of the industry's leading trade publications, has been a benchmark in the Public Relations field for the past 5 years, heralding winners from the most distinguished organizations around the country.

Grace Fenstermaker is a public affairs specialist at Qorvis, where she works on behalf of international banking, finance and energy clients including Alexander Ponomarenko, Alexander Skorobogatko, Mercuria Energy Trading, the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait Finance House. Grace also has extensive experience in newsrooms around Washington, beginning her career at Fox News. 

Shannon Quinn, Senior Account Executive 
Shannon Quinn specializes in international affairs and public diplomacy, using media and political analysis to drive effective message development for her clients. In addition to her client work, Shannon founded and co-chairs the Washington chapter of Égalité, Publicis Groupe's business resource group for LGBTQ+ professionals, where she works to promote equality in the workplace through educational initiatives and support for the local LGBTQ+ community.
