Quantum Health Completes Recapitalization with Great Hill Partners

COLUMBUS, Ohio, June 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Quantum Health, Inc., the market leader in consumer navigation and care coordination, announced today the successful recapitalization of existing shareholders with Great Hill Partners as its new financial sponsor.

Under this agreement, the existing Quantum Health management team remains a substantial shareholder and will continue to lead the company moving forward.
