On March 17, 2014, JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. (JA Solar) reported Q4 2013 and full-year 2013 financial results. The Company's quarterly net revenue came in at RMB2.2 billion ($357.3 million), up 29.5% YoY, while annual revenues were up 6.9% YoY to RMB7.2 billion ($1.2 billion). Q4 2013 net income stood at RMB142.4 million ($23.5 million), or RMB0.38 ($0.06) per diluted share, compared to a net loss of RMB582.1 million, or RMB3.01 loss per diluted share, in Q4 2012. Full-year 2013 net loss narrowed down to RMB473.7 million ($78.2 million) or RMB2.35 ($0.39) loss per diluted share, from a net loss of RMB1.7 billion or RMB8.53 loss per diluted share in full year 2012. "In 2014, we plan to build out our position in key markets across Asia, Europe and North America, while exploring opportunities in fast-growing regions including Latin America and the Middle East, where we have gained a solid foothold in recent months.
