About Ryan Deegan
Mr. Deegan has developed his debt capital markets expertise over a career that has spanned the investment grade, institutional, middle and lower middle market segments. His background is comprised of experience in investment banking, leveraged finance and commercial banking during which he has originated, advised upon and executed over $24.5 billion of debt and equity transactions for his clients. Prior to joining Quarton, Mr. Deegan led the private equity focused debt advisory practice for a specialized investment banking affiliate of middle market lender Monroe Capital. Prior to his time with Monroe, Mr. Deegan led the Midwest business development function for RBS Citizens Business Capital originating and structuring senior debt investments supporting private equity and corporate clients. He also possesses significant advisory execution and underwriting experience from previous roles with Lincoln International's debt advisory vertical and GE Capital's legacy leveraged finance platform.
