R3 Continuum Appoints Dr. Brett Hart as Chief Clinical Officer

Nationally recognized behavioral health leader joins R3 to advance clinical innovation, measurable outcomes and workforce resilience

BLOOMINGTON, Minn., Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- R3 Continuum (R3), a leader in workplace behavioral health, organizational resilience and critical incident response, today announced that Brett Hart, Ph.D., has joined the company as Chief Clinical Officer. Hart will lead R3's clinical strategy, innovation, quality and outcomes as the company continues to expand its workforce behavioral health solutions.

Dr. Hart brings more than 27 years of clinical and executive leadership experience across major health care organizations, including Humana, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Centene and Optum. Throughout his career, he has led enterprise behavioral health strategies, integrated behavioral and physical health care, developed new models of care, and advanced access, quality and outcomes.
