Radiation Therapy Services, Inc. Announces Commencement of Exchange Offer

FORT MYERS, Fla., Dec. 13, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Radiation Therapy Services, Inc. (the "Company") today announced that it has commenced an exchange offer (the "Exchange Offer") on December 10, 2010 for any and all of its $310.0 million aggregate principal amount of outstanding 9 7/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2017 (the "Old Notes") for up to $310.0 million aggregate principal amount of 9 7/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2017 which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Exchange Notes" and, together with the Old Notes, the "Notes") pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-4 declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on December 10, 2010.  The terms of the Exchange Notes will be substantially identical to those of the outstanding Old Notes except the transfer restrictions, registration rights and additional interest provisions relating to the Old Notes do not apply to the Exchange Notes.  

The Exchange Offer will be conducted pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions stated in the prospectus relating to the Exchange Offer, which can be viewed by visiting the SEC's website at the web address below.  

The Exchange Offer will expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on January 12, 2011, unless extended.
