NEW YORK, May 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Radius Global Market Research (Radius GMR), a leading global market research firm, continues to expand its global operations by opening an office in Beijing, China. Industry veteran Cindy Han is appointed as Managing Director, Radius Asia and will lead a team dedicated to developing business building research solutions for companies conducting business within or out of Asian markets including Greater China, Japan, Korea, Singapore and India. Han reports to Chip Lister, Managing Director of Radius GMR.

Han joins Radius GMR with over twenty years of experience in market research and business development. Most recently, she was the managing partner of Blue Rock Consulting, a California and Beijing based business development and market research consulting firm. There, Han advised U.S. life science companies on how to successfully manage their businesses in China, and conducted qualitative and quantitative market research projects for American companies.

Han held leadership roles with life science and healthcare companies in the U.S., including KCI medical, Bio-Rad Laboratories and Life Technologies. She earned an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and an MS in School of Banking and Finance, University of International Business and Economics, Beijing, China.
