RADWIN Solutions Deployed by Leading Service Provider for Enterprise Customers in Las Vegas

TEL AVIV, Israel, October 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

RADWIN (http://www.radwin.com), the global provider of Backhaul and Broadband Wireless solutions, today announced that its RADWIN 5000 point to-multipoint and RADWIN 2000 point-to-point solutions were deployed by Stimulus Technologies, a large Service Provider in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. RADWIN's solutions were chosen to replace existing T1 lines and enable Stimulus to provide higher bandwidth connectivity to corporate clients.

Nathan Whitaker, President of Stimulus Technologies: "Once we made the decision to deploy a wireless network, we spent over 6 months analyzing solutions from different manufacturers. We required a cost-effective solution that could compete with fiber services while providing speeds of up to 200 Mbps. We selected RADWIN because their solutions surpassed competitor equipment and fulfilled all our business and technology requirements. Today we couldn't be happier with the performance of the radios.  Operating in NLOS, severe interference and the harsh Nevada climate, RADWIN's high-speed, long distance links operate flawlessly."

RADWIN 2000 point-to-point and RADWIN 5000 point-to-multipoint solutions deliver 250 Mbps across long ranges. Systems incorporate advanced technologies such as OFDM, MIMO and a unique air interface to mitigate interference and to enable nLOS/NLOS deployments. RADWIN 5000's Smart Bandwidth Management (SBM) feature enables service providers to serve many users with optimized bandwidth allocation while upholding their Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Kyle Simeon, RADWIN Director of NA Sales Western Region: "Being selected by Stimulus is testimony to the unmatched performance of our solutions and the fast ROI they ensure for our service provider customers. Our comprehensive portfolio of both point-to-point and point-to-multipoint solutions empower service providers to deliver high-capacity, long range connectivity to their valued customers."
