Rally Software Ranks #8 on the Best Medium-Size Workplaces List Published by FORTUNE Magazine

BOULDER, Colo., Nov. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Rally® ranks No. 8 on the Great Place to Work^® "Best Medium-Size Workplaces" list published by FORTUNE magazine.  The "Best Workplaces" lists feature the top corporate cultures in the United States, as evaluated by employees. This is the fifth honor for Rally in 2012 as a top-ranked workplace.

FORTUNE partners with the Great Place to Work, who conducts one of the most extensive employee surveys in corporate America. Two-thirds of the score is based on the Great Place to Work Trust Index© Survey, which contains questions related to employees' attitudes about management credibility, job satisfaction and camaraderie. The other third is based on the Great Place to Work Culture Audit©, which includes questions about pay and benefit programs, hiring practices, methods of internal communication, training, recognition programs and diversity efforts.
