Rally to Cancel First Quarter Fiscal Year 2016 Earnings Call Previously Scheduled for June 4th and Analyst Day Previously Scheduled for June 16th

BOULDER, Colo., May 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Rally (NYSE: RALY), a leading global provider of software and services to drive agility, today announced that it intends to issue a press release reporting financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2016, as planned, immediately following the close of market on Thursday, June 4, 2015. However, following the announcement on May 27, 2015 of CA Technologies' proposed acquisition of Rally, Rally has elected not to conduct a conference call to discuss the quarterly financial results. The call was previously scheduled for June 4, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Rally has also elected not to host its Analyst Day, which was previously scheduled for June 16, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
