In this role, Farr will coordinate with financial professionals such as; CPAs, certified financial planners, attorneys, title officers and realtors developing new lending relationships for the bank. Farr reports to Celtic Bank Vice President, John Liley.

Randall brings more than 30 years of mortgage banking experience to his new position at Celtic Bank. As a lending professional, he has served in multiple leadership positions for several companies providing his business savvy with operational expertise in corporate management, new business development and structuring complex transactions. For the past ten years, Farr was the Managing Director of ICON Commercial Lending Inc. As a member of the executive management team, he was tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty, and forging strong internal and external partnerships.
