Randstad Sourceright Appoints Jason Roberts to Lead Newly Formed Operations Unit

BOSTON, Dec. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Randstad Sourceright, a global talent solutions leader, today announced that it has appointed Jason Roberts as vice president of Operations. Roberts brings more than 15 years of leadership and recruiting expertise to oversee Operations unit activities, ensure Randstad Sourceright's tradition of exceptional service delivery to clients and drive operational excellence across the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business.

Roberts joins Randstad Sourceright with extensive experience in the RPO industry. Prior to this role, he served as leader of the Sourcing Center of Excellence and Innovation Lab for the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division of a multinational management consulting and outsourcing company. In this capacity, he was responsible for developing solutions that focus on helping RPO clients in the technology, consumer packaged goods and retail verticals reach their projected business outcomes. Roberts also held the position of talent acquisition leader for several clients and subsidiaries, where he consistently provided on-time delivery, exceptional innovation and record-setting satisfaction. In addition, he previously led Operations and Optimization in Cisco's Talent Acquisition organization, managing professional staffing operations and leading the company's next generation talent acquisition and management endeavor.
