Currie to Lead Company's Canadian RPO Business as New Vice President of Client Services
BOSTON, MA, Oct. 15, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Randstad Sourceright, a global talent solutions leader, today announced that it has expanded its global leadership team with the appointment of Lyn Currie as vice president of Client Services, Canada. Reporting to Rebecca Callahan, president of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Currie leads all aspects of the company's Canadian RPO business. She plays a crucial role in supporting Randstad Sourceright's strategic growth, with responsibility for service delivery, sales and business development, client relationship management and overall P&L ownership.
In her new role, Currie leverages a wealth of leadership experience in talent acquisition and talent management, as well as RPO and executive search. Prior to joining Randstad Sourceright, she served as a partner in the Toronto office of a global executive search firm, where she was responsible for executive search and talent acquisition solutions in the global technology, telecommunications and mining sectors. Additionally, Currie was previously vice president and general manager for the Canadian division of a global RPO and search provider. During her tenure, she developed and implemented large-scale solutions, including RPO, talent management programs and leadership searches. Earlier in her career, she held several leadership and sales and marketing roles in a global technology recruitment and outsourcing firm.
