The rankings for the Baker's Dozen are based on feedback from buyers of the rated providers, collected via an online survey. In this survey, respondents are asked to rate their RPO providers on the depth and breadth of their service, the size of the programs they manage and the quality of the services provided. In addition to ranking the top 13 overall enterprise RPO providers, the 2015 Baker's Dozen also includes lists for the top providers in Europe, the Asia Pacific region, the healthcare industry and emerging markets.
