Alan Ackroyd has joined Vox Mobile as Chief Technology Officer, and Stephen Davis was appointed Regional Vice President. Both bring a wealth of experience to their new roles, where they will be an integral part of the company's growth plan.

Ackroyd has more than 15 years of technology leadership and software consulting experience, including executive roles in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry. He will drive technology strategy at Vox Mobile, defining the vision and using his hands-on technical expertise to improve productivity, control costs and enable growth through technology excellence.

Prior to joining Vox Mobile, Ackroyd was top technology officer at an eProcurement company, where he delivered world-class operational support and outlined and achieved a technology vision that contributed to strong growth. Before that, he served as CTO at a California-based SaaS firm, where he was instrumental in product road-mapping and development. In past roles, Ackroyd has served as CIO, consultant and project manager. He studied mathematics and computer science at the Royal Holloway and Bedford New College at the University of London.

Davis is a sales and business development executive with more than 20 years of experience in the software and professional services industries, including six years as vice president, seven years as director and four years as a national account executive, where he played a key role in driving multimillion-dollar deals with Fortune 500 companies.

Before joining Vox Mobile, Davis was instrumental in building and motivating sales teams and orchestrating transactions to deliver mobile application, cloud/SaaS and managed services to top clients, experience he will apply at Vox Mobile to enable rapid sales growth. He has a strong technology background encompassing sales, service, marketing and delivery of supply chain management, fleet management and tracking solutions, managed services, data services, application development, relational database design and data warehousing services.
