CRESSKILL, N.J., Nov. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Joseph Genovesi, President of RD Legal Funding, LLC ("RD Legal"), has joined the Advisory Council for Villanova University's Center for Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship ("ICE Center"). In this role, he will help the ICE Center reach their goal, which is to foster cross-college learning between students and embed entrepreneurial thinking within the Villanova student community.

The Villanova University ICE Center was established so students in different disciplines like art, science, engineering, nursing, business, and law can learn from each other to become more creative and innovative thinkers. The ICE Center supports student entrepreneurs through its programs, initiatives, and networking opportunities. It also sponsors guest speaking events and holds the annual Villanova University Entrepreneurship Competition.

Mr. Genovesi has been an entrepreneur since he was 22 years old. After graduating from Villanova, he started a real estate company while maintaining full time executive positions in the hedge fund industry. Through his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. Genovesi owned and operated several rental properties throughout the North East.

Since graduating from Villanova, Mr. Genovesi has maintained ties to the university by speaking to several student groups on various topics. He was even featured in the student newspaper, the Villanovan.
