BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., Oct. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- RDA Group today announced that Frank Forkin, is joining the company as Executive Vice President and Partner. Mr. Forkin brings more than twenty-five years experience in market research serving a diverse group of client industries. He will focus on maximizing profitable revenue growth and will drive sales, marketing, new product development efforts and client services. Mr. Forkin will be responsible for the Strategic Accounts organization, which is comprised of research and sales teams. In addition, Mr. Forkin will be part of the company's executive management team responsible for creating the short and long-term strategic direction. He will report to Don Pietrowski, President of the RDA Group.
Mr. Forkin, 48, was most recently with Harris Interactive as President of their North America Client Service team and Domino's Pizza as Vice President of Strategy and Consumer Insights. In addition, Mr. Forkin spent over 10 years as a Senior Vice President and Partner with J.D. Power and Associates where he built several businesses to significant revenues and profits. He also drove a substantial portion of the company's incremental syndicated and proprietary revenue through product development.
During various points in his tenure at Harris Interactive and J.D. Power and Associates, Mr. Forkin was responsible for overseeing the firm's client relationships across various industries, including finance and insurance, auto, energy, telecom, healthcare, travel, homebuilding, and government among others. While at Domino's Pizza, he gained valuable experience from the client-side perspective on pricing, branding, advertising, crisis management and new product development.
