Ready for Daytona: Monster Energy's Riley Herbst, Ty Gibbs and the Beast's Tyler Reddick Set to Unleash the Beast on NASCAR's 2025 Daytona 500!

Doing battle Sunday on the 200 mile per hour high banks of sunny Florida's iconic 2.5-mile Daytona International Speedway is Tyler Reddick, flying The Beast flag, as part of the Michael Jordan & Denny Hamlin's 23XI Racing team, sophomore Cup competitor Ty Gibbs is going to make the competition green with envy with the team his grandfather, Joe Gibbs, built Joe Giggs Racing Toyota, along with M-clawed rookie Riley Herbst under the 23XI Racing awning.

2024 Highlights: Hot on the heels of his best NASCAR Cup Series in his fifth full season of racing, The Beast's Tyler Reddick won last year's Cup Series' regular season (4^th in the Playoffs) and enters the 2025 NASCAR Cup campaign as one of the odds-on favorites to win it all. A two-time Xfinity Series champ, Reddick blew up the Cup scene in '24, winning three races while locking down 12 top five finishes – his pinnacle win coming in the Playoffs where he took the pole position to victory at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Of the top four racers in the Playoffs, Reddick's near 600 (597) total laps led was the best.

2024 highlights: Monster Energy's Ty Gibbs, the grandson of JGR owner Joe Gibbs, continued to build on his impressive 2023 Rookie of the Year season with an even better run in 2024, making the top ten overall in NASCAR Cup's regular season and qualifying for the Playoffs in his sophomore year in the Big Show. Known more as a short track specialist, Gibbs, despite not winning a Cup race last season, showed very well in a wide variety of tracks, including Michigan (2-mile), Phoenix (short track), Austin (road course) and Chicago (street course), with arguably his best finish of the season coming at the legendary Darlington Raceway (mid-size) – battling to his first career Cup runner-up position.

2024 highlights: Monster Energy's Riley Herbst is kicking off his rookie run at the NASCAR Cup Series tour. Career-wise, Herbst has eight Cup starts (4 in 2023 and 4 in '24), which are highlighted by two top ten finishes – his most notable being a 10^th place run at the '23 Daytona 500 in his very first Cup race. Racing the Xfinity Series the past four seasons with the Stewart-Haas Racing program, Herbst, Son of Troy Herbst and great grandson of Terrible Herbst Oil Company founder Edward R. "Terrible" Herbst, qualified for the Xfinity Series Playoffs in four (of five) full-time seasons of racing – with '24 being his best year to date with a 7^th place overall finish and an impressive 273 laps led. Herbst has three career Xfinity Series victories to date, all with crew chief Davin Restivo, who joins Herbst for 2025 with the 23XI Racing team.
