Real Estate mogul Aaron Kirman adds two new team members and longtime friends Yawar Charlie and Karen Sanchez to his team of Real Estate heavy hitters

Yawar Charlie is the grandson of Indian film legend, Noor Mohammed Charlie, one of the pioneers of the Bollywood film industry.  His parents, Masooma and Latif Charlie, are both Pakistani television stars.  Following in his family's footsteps, Yawar moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in Television and Film.  After dozens of roles in TV and Film, Yawar eventually turned his focus to Real Estate.  Yawar joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2008, eventually forming The Charlie and Sanchez Realty Group with his business partner Karen Sanchez. In the Spring of 2014, they made the exciting move to join the international real estate powerhouse, Engel & Volkers, in their new Beverly Hills office.  This summer, Yawar will be seen on the exciting new real estate lifestyle show, "Marriage or Mortgage". Yawar's motto is "LOVE THE PLACE YOU LIVE!" and this is the energy and dedication he carries through to each and every client transaction!

About: Karen: A Los Angeles native, Karen Sanchez knows the city well and understands the subtleties that differentiate the various neighborhoods. 

Karen has been a Realtor since 2001, when, after many years of experience in retail sales, she decided that if she could sell something small like a lipstick, then she should utilize her talents to sell something bigger, like a house. Karen believes that giving someone what they want or need is not the same as selling, and clients have found it easy to see how her positive, energetic attitude has garnered them the results they desire. 

Formerly part of one of the largest teams at Sotheby's International Realty in West Hollywood, Karen was able to incorporate her previous experience in retail sales, marketing, music marketing and hair salon management into a successful enterprise. Karen has a background that allows her to connect with her diverse clientele on many levels. She truly enjoys creating long lasting relationships with her clients, while helping them determine the best fit - be it an individual, couple or family.
