Hellmers expects to employ 15 U-Haul Team Members when the facility is fully operational. U-Haul will look to hire locally to promote job growth within the Colorado Springs community. Local contractors are always encouraged to bid on construction work.

"Utilizing this space will provide a much-needed product and service to this part of Colorado Springs while also helping the community with its goal to be more sustainable," Hellmers said.
