Realty Finance Corporation Provides Notice of Postponement of Annual Meeting

ROCKY HILL, Conn., July 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Realty Finance Corporation (Other OTC: RTYFZ) today announced that its 2010 annual meeting of stockholders will be postponed because there were an insufficient number of shares to be voted by proxy to constitute a quorum for the annual meeting.  The annual meeting has been rescheduled for August 10, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time), at the Marriott Hotel, 100 Capital Boulevard, Rocky Hill, CT 06067.  The record date of June 4, 2010 and the annual meeting agenda will remain unchanged for the postponed meeting.

The Company urges all stockholders who have not yet voted their proxies to submit the proxies or contact their brokers immediately so that their shares may be voted on August 10, 2010.
