RECURRENT Acquires Local HVAC Company to Strengthen Support of Business Demands

ROCKVILLE, Md., July 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Rockville, Maryland based RECURRENT BUILDING INTELLIGENCE, LLC announced today the acquisition of Protek HVAC, a full service commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration specialty company serving the Washington DC region, with areas of expertise in Class A commercial properties, retail, multifamily, and BSL laboratories.  In acquiring ProTek HVAC, RECURRENT will also retain the existing staff which includes licensed technicians and founding member, Master HVAC Mechanic and General Manager Marty Englert.
