Recurve Helps More Homes Qualify for GreenFinanceSF
'Hybrid Home' program designed to help more residents become eligible for new financing; solar installers also benefit from larger pool of qualified homes
SAN FRANCISCO, April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Recurve, a San Francisco-based provider of home performance services that help homeowners and contractors create healthy, energy-efficient homes through green energy remodeling, today announced Hybrid Home, a new program to coincide with this month's launch of GreenFinanceSF in San Francisco.
Currently the largest PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) program in the country, GreenFinanceSF provides financing for green retrofits to San Francisco residents who wish to make renewable energy improvements to their homes. The city of San Francisco requires that the homeowner meet certain energy efficiency standards or complete energy efficiency upgrades in order to be eligible for the program, which will finance projects in solar, water and energy efficiency.
Recurve today initiated its Hybrid Home program to help solar installers and their clients meet home eligibility requirements to receive GreenFinanceSF financing by providing the following bundled service offering:
- Home Energy Audits - BPI certified, leveraging proprietary software
- Customized Solutions - optimizes investment in energy efficiency measures
- Green Energy Remodeling/Retrofits - completed by Recurve's BPI certified industry leading construction team
