The dynamic husband and wife duo have made a name for themselves in the hair industry with countless awards and accomplishments in hair artistry, color, style, and design. The Michlebs gained international recognition for their creative public appearances and modern educational programs, and bring to Red Door Spa a unique expertise in hair salon operations.

The Michlebs have joined the brand as it prepares to expand the hair business and add new innovative services, talent, techniques and technologies to its beauty arsenal.

Mr. Michleb formerly served as the Global Artistic Director for Farouk Systems, representing the brand and overseeing the intensive training of its artistic team worldwide. Mr. Michleb, who has previously owned multiple salons and worked with some of the industry's top beauty and hair care companies, is fluent in the hair salon business from branding and marketing to research and product development. Mr. Michleb is a celebrity stylist and his expertise has been featured in numerous magazine editorials. At Red Door Spa, Mr. Michleb will serve as the Creative Director and National Training Director for Hair Style and oversee all salon operations, educational support and training, and ensure that the highest standards of creative excellence and artistry are accomplished.

Mrs. Michleb was formerly the Lead Creative and Platform Artist for Farouk Systems and has built an award-winning career in hair artistry and design. Mrs. Michleb has traveled the globe to help orchestrate shows, design cutting-edge hair styles, judge hair color competitions, and create unique hair training programs to further advance the field. As a color educator for Wella and a consultant for many global brands, she has aided in developing and testing advanced hair color and product lines for various manufacturers. Mrs. Michleb serves as an official beauty judge for hair shows worldwide and, alongside Mr. Michleb, runs hands-on color classes across North America. At Red Door Spa, Mrs. Michleb will serve as the National Training Director for Hair Color and will work alongside Mr. Michleb to foster an environment of creativity and technical expertise through education and training.

The Michlebs' key initiatives at Red Door Spa will be the development of a new artist curriculum, a Masters training and education program for existing hair talent, and recruitment of fresh new talent to house the strongest team of hair stylists and colorists in the country.
