The highlight on display is Ziehm Vision RFD 3D, the world's only 3D C-arm with flat-panel technology that provides a 16 cm edge length per scan volume. Redefined Imaging
Based on know-how and innovations originally developed for demanding hybrid applications, Ziehm Imaging has designed a completely new 3D C-arm that is on display at RSNA for the first time: Ziehm Vision RFD 3D. Validated in leading clinical centers in New York, Houston (US), Fribourg, and Leipzig (Germany), the new Ziehm flagship product is the only 3D C-arm that combines 25 kW generator with iterative reconstruction algorithm and patented SmartScan rotation to offer 180° image information of any anatomical structure.

With up to 7 vertebrae in one scan volume, it offers the largest 3D image volume in the market. For 2D imaging in daily routine the small footprint of less than 0.8 sqm still sets the benchmark in space requirements.

Turning ORs into Hybrid Rooms
Ziehm Vision RFD Hybrid Edition, the first fully motorized mobile C-arm in four axes, is ideally suited for hybrid room application. Offering a flexible, space- and cost-saving alternative to fix installed systems, the C-arm features a joystick module with a function for defining an isocenter around which the system moves concentrically. In addition to numerous orthopedic applications, the isocentric functionality offers added clinical value in particular for cardiac applications.

Powerful all-rounder
Featuring a 20 cm x 20 cm flat-panel and miniaturized design, Ziehm Vision RFD is the ideal power solution for vascular, cardiac and orthopedic interventions. The powerful 20 kW monoblock generator, with a rotating anode and the unique active liquid cooling system (Advanced Active Cooling) have been specially developed for extended use in the OR.
