France has more than 13 years of legal experience, including an extensive complex litigation and eDiscovery background, in addition to defending product liability and complex consumer class actions in state and federal courts while at Dechert LLP. France clerked for Judges Elizabeth Laporte and Nandor Vadas in the Northern District of California, where she was exposed to myriad civil and criminal discovery and procedural issues.
