WICHITA, Kan., Jan. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- In November 2015, RedGuard received an award for placing First in the Flatbed Division, Unlimited Employees Category in the American Trucking Association (ATA) National Industrial Safety Contest.

The Industrial Safety Contest submission is based upon the injury experience of Transportation Specialists during 2014. RedGuard Transportation Specialists haven't had an OSHA recordable injury since January 13, 2013.

Wayne Peterson and Steve Madrigal from RedGuard accepted the award at the 2015 ATA Safety, Security and Human Resources National Conference and Exhibition in Little Rock, Arkansas in early November.
This is the second time in 2015 RedGuard has been recognized for its safety on the road. In April 2015, RedGuard was also awarded a certificate in Topeka, Kansas for Improved Highway Safety by the Kansas Motor Carriers Association (KMCA), an affiliate of the ATA.
