Reflektive debuted the new capability at HR Tech, going on now through Sept. 14 in Las Vegas.

Managers can also access 1-on-1 Profiles for others within the organization, which include information on their job roles, providing transparency into organizational structure and design. This helps managers to build agile, cross-functional teams that create better customer results by enabling managers to assess expertise outside of their immediate teams.
