MILWAUKEE, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Regal Rexnord Corporation (NYSE: RRX) today published its annual Sustainability Report, highlighting progress toward the Company's environmental, social, and governance priorities and reinforcing how sustainability is integrated into its business strategy and long-term growth.

As organizations around the world convene during Climate Week NYC to discuss the future of sustainability, Regal Rexnord is proud to share the progress outlined in its 2025 Sustainability Report.

The report provides an update on how sustainability considerations support Regal Rexnord's purpose and long-term growth strategy by:

In 2025, Regal Rexnord's achievements include:

• Continued progress toward our goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2032, with renewable energy usage increasing by 200 basis points, to 5.3%; 
  
  
• An 8.3% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions in 2025, resulting in a total reduction of 32.3% since our 2022 baseline;
  
  
• Further improvement to our already industry-leading safety performance, with our Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) declining to 0.51; and
  
  
• Making over $2 million of contributions to charitable initiatives around the world, with a focus on addressing basic needs such as food security, shelter, and access to healthcare, while also investing in education and expanding opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
