Regal's "Deep Cuts" Series Brings Challenging, Lesser Known, and Underappreciated Films Back to Theatres

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The end of the year is a time for reflection, so Regal's film team selected movies for November's Deep Cuts series that deserve a second look from moviegoers in a theatrical environment. Over time, these movies have developed a devoted following away from the big screen, and Regal wants to give these titles a one-day cinematic revival to enjoy as the filmmakers intended.

"Some of the most memorable moviegoing experiences come from films that dared to be different, even if audiences didn't fully embrace them during their original theatrical runs," said Brooks LeBoeuf, Senior Vice President of US Content at Regal. "With the Deep Cuts series, our film team has curated a collection of bold, unconventional and often overlooked films that have earned passionate followings. It's an opportunity to rediscover these stories, appreciate the creative risks behind them, and experience them the way they deserve to be seen."
