Regional and National Remodeling Honors for Allen Construction
SANTA BARBARA, Calif., March 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Two Allen Construction projects have received Contractor of the Year awards from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
The Alma Rosa Wine Tasting Room in Buellton won top honors in the Commercial Category. This is the fifth award for the project, which previously won both a Gold Master Design award in the Light Commercial less than 5,000 sq ft category and Judges' Vision award from Qualified Remodeler Magazine.
The company's Hamptons inspired residential remodel in Montecito captured the top prize in the Entire House Over $1MM category. The project previously took home a 2015 Regional Chrysalis in the Whole House Remodel Over $1MM category.
In January, the 33-year-old company was selected for both Best of Service and Best of Design distinctions by Houzz®, the leading national platform for home remodeling and design. Only 3% of general contractors receive a single category designation—it's even rarer to receive recognition in both categories. This is the third year in a row that Allen Construction has received both.
The Houzz honors for Customer Service are echoed by the company's third party GuildQuality rankings, in which the company enjoys a lifetime rating of 99% of surveyed customers "Likely to Recommend" versus an average of 82% for the competitive set.
