STUART, Fla., July 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Rehmann is one of Florida's Best Companies to Work For according to Florida Trend Magazine. Rehman has been the recipient of several other workplace recognitions this year as well, truly exemplifying its value of putting people first.
To participate, companies or government entities have to employ at least 15 workers in Florida and have been in operation at least one year.
Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
Firms were divided into three groups – large companies of 250 or more employees, medium-sized companies of 50 to 249 employees, and small companies of 15 to 49 employees. Rehmann ranked No. 9 among the top 28 large companies.
