RelaDyne Announces the Acquisition of Hill Oil Company and PetroClean Solutions Headquartered in North Louisiana
CINCINNATI, Dec. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- RelaDyne, LLC ("RelaDyne") continues its strategy of expanding its lubrication services and reliability solutions by acquiring James P. Hill Distributors ("Hill Oil") and its affiliate PetroClean Solutions ("PetroClean"), based in Farmerville, Louisiana. Hill Oil is the third lubricant distributor that RelaDyne has acquired since it began in November 2010.
