(U.S. Steel) reported that it successfully finalized its Q4 2013 and full-year 2013 earnings (preliminarily reported on January 28, 2014), in order to reflect additional after-tax benefits of $392 million. Consequent to this, the Company's results for the full year improved $392 million to a net loss of $1,672 million, or $11.56 per share, versus a net loss of $2,064 million, or $14.27 per share, as reported. On March 5, 2014, Axiall Corporation (Axiall) reported its nominees that will stand for election to the Company's Board of Directors at its 2014 annual meeting of stockholders, slated to take place on May 20, 2014.
