Reliq Health Technologies Announces New Trial with Community HealthNet Health Centers, Indiana

HAMILTON, ON, Feb. 26, 2019 /PRNewswire/ - Reliq Health Technologies Inc. (TSXV:RHT orOTCQB:RQHTF) ("Reliq" or the "Company"), a technology company that develops innovative mobile health (mHealth) and telemedicine solutions for the community-based healthcare market, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Community HealthNet Health Centers of Gary, Indiana to conduct a three month trial of the iUGO Care remote patient monitoring platform with some of its most at risk diabetes and hypertension patients.
