ReloShare To Offer One-Year, No-Cost Access to "The Grove" In Partnership with The National Network to End Domestic Violence

Ground–breaking shelter–availability platform expands nationwide as the prospect of federal funding cuts leaves advocates scrambling for beds.

CHICAGO and WASHINGTON, July 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- As domestic violence services providers are facing the prospect of significant federal grant cuts that have already triggered layoffs and service cuts at victim–service agencies across the United States, ReloShare today announced it will provide 12 months of free access to its national shelter–sharing network, The Grove, for every domestic violence, sexual assault, and human–trafficking shelter program in the country. This no-cost initiative was inspired by calls to action from the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV), whose long-standing advocacy for innovation in the field urged ReloShare to remove financial barriers to access at this pivotal moment.

While the one–day survey is a powerful advocacy tool, The Grove will-for the first time-generate a live, national picture of bed availability, revealing where and when shortages are most acute. These analytics will help coalitions, funders, and policymakers target resources faster and more accurately than ever before.

Over the next year, ReloShare will work with local agencies to advocate with federal and state funders to secure sustainable support so agencies can keep The Grove after the promotional period ends.
