This partnership enables RemoteLock to include Z-Wave connectivity as part of its enterprise-level, cloud-based SaaS offering—and instantly increases the number of remote-locking options integrated directly with Airbnb, HomeAway, and dozens of other vacation rental platforms.

Property managers and commercial businesses will also benefit from the Vera partnership, as it extends the RemoteLock platform to include locks from industry leaders such as Schlage, Yale, and others.

Beyond the ability to manage multiple smart locks across doors and properties, customers using Vera-connected Z-Wave locks can now take advantage of additional features that were previously available only on August Wi-Fi and RemoteLock branded locks. These features, which will benefit customers across a range of industries, include:

Centralized Lock Management – Ideal for property managers, eliminate device management constraints, view and control all devices and access users in a centralized dashboard.

Improve the Guest Access Experience - With built-in integrations for rental property listing partners like Airbnb, HomeAway, Guesty and many others, RemoteLock software improves the guest and tenant access experience.

Group Locks for Easier Management - Provide powerful remote access control management features for multiple new and existing locks, including temporary guest codes and access schedules for multiple doors. This is helpful for common areas like pools, laundry, and parking garages group management and more.
