The net proceeds to the Company after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions are expected to be approximately $75.30 million. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 285,000 shares of Renasant common stock at the same price and on the same terms and conditions. Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company, and Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P., acted as joint bookrunning managers, and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and Stephens Inc. acted as co-managers.
