Renée Delphin-Rodriguez Joins Crowell & Moring's Health Care And Corporate Groups

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 28, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Crowell & Moring LLP is pleased to announce that Renée Delphin-Rodriguez has joined the firm's Los Angeles office as a partner in its Corporate and Health Care groups.

With more than a decade of experience, Delphin-Rodriguez has represented both public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and joint ventures. She also advises clients on corporate governance matters. Delphin-Rodriguez brings a unique blend of both law firm and in-house experience. She has served as in-house counsel to several health care entities, including a Fortune 500 company, and she has practiced in the corporate groups of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP.

Delphin-Rodriguez graduated from Yale University and went on to earn her law degree from the UCLA School of Law. She served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Milan Smith, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She was in the 2015 Fellows Program of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. Delphin-Rodriguez serves on the board of directors of two prominent non-profit organizations in Los Angeles: Planned Parenthood Los Angeles and Homeboy Industries.
