Renowned Keynote Speakers to Take Stage at 12th Annual Matrix Get Connected Conference - August 19-22, 2012 -

(NYSE: BR) company, today announced that four distinguished individuals – Mike Eruzione, Paul Begala, Tucker Carlson and Alison Levine – will present at the 12th Annual Get Connected Conference on August 19-22 at the Keystone Resort in Keystone, Colorado.

More than 600 financial professionals including qualified retirement third party administrators (TPAs), record-keepers, brokers and advisers, are expected to attend this year's event to hear updates on today's key challenges facing the defined contribution space. Updates include roundtable discussions on best practices, breakout sessions featuring industry insiders, and general sessions led by thought leaders outlining their views on the future of the financial services industry.

Mike Eruzione, captain of the 1980 United States Olympic Hockey Team that won a Gold Medal in Lake Placid, N.Y., will kick off the conference with the opening keynote session on Sunday, August 19. Mike scored the game-winning goal against the Soviet Union that advanced the U.S. to the Gold Medal Game where they beat Finland to win the Olympic Games.

Paul Begala and Tucker Carlson will headline the second day of the conference in a point/counterpoint session discussing current events and issues that are top of mind in this election year. Paul Begala is a political analyst for CNN, where he is part of the political team that won an Emmy for its coverage of the 2006 mid-term elections and a Peabody Award for its coverage of the 2008 Presidential election. Tucker Carlson is a veteran journalist and political commentator, currently working for the Fox News Channel.

Alison Levine, team captain of the first American Women's Everest Expedition and adjunct professor at the U.S. Military Academy will present on the final day of the conference. In the session, titled Cliff Notes: Business Lessons from the Edge, Alison will share her life experiences and perspective on how to take advantage of business opportunities in this challenging financial services market. Alison has survived sub-zero temperatures, hurricane-force winds, sudden avalanches, and a career on Wall Street.

The conference sessions will be broken into two main tracks – the traditional Get Connected track and a new Matrix U track that features PFC-1 and Ethos training classes. The Get Connected track will target the traditional Keystone attendee and Matrix customers looking to learn more about operations, processes and other vital information that can help attendees improve efficiencies in their line of work. The Matrix U track,led by Sarah Simoneaux, the author of Retirement Plan Consulting for Financial Professionals, is for advisors looking to learn more about how to succeed in an open architecture environment.
