Bistecca by Il Mulino offers guests the ultimate dining experience, from the ambiance to the expansive menu to the skillfully appointed wine menu. Starting out their meal, guests can indulge in appetizers such as the Grilled Octopus served with white beans and tomato to their Flatbreads and Organic Salads. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of Crudos and fresh seafood from their Raw Bar, which includes offerings such as Littleneck Clams and Oysters, Maine Lobster or Jumbo Lump Crab Cocktails.

The menu also showcases Pork, Veal and Premium cuts of 28 day aged and Prime Beef accompanied by a selection of Signature Sauces and Side Dishes or a variety of Piatti Al Forno, traditional casseroles roasted in pizza ovens. Guests can choose from options such as the Carciofi e Melanzana Melanzane which combines roasted eggplant, artichoke hearts, zucchini and cannellini beans to the Baked Ricotta Gnocchi with fresh mozzarella and basil.

Bistecca by Il Mulino's menu specialties include dishes such as a Grilled Swordfish with a touch of honey, lemon and capers or the Bistecca Burger, which is a signature steak-blend of Black Angus Beef, topped with Applewood smoked bacon and cheddar cheese and served with a side of truffle fries.
