Apartment Guide has delivered a record number of multifamily leads in every month of 2014 when compared with the same month in 2013. In July, RentPath delivered 3 million multifamily leads to clients, which was 27 percent more than in July 2013, and more than 40 percent of RentPath's leads are attributable to mobile apps and mobile sites.  Apartment Guide generated more than 105,000 multifamily leads on August 4^th, a record for a single day.  On top of the 3 million multifamily leads, RentPath delivered an additional 270,000 single-family leads between Rentals.com and RentalHouses.com in July.
