BASKING RIDGE, N.J., March 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey ("RMANJ"), a world-renowned leader in the field of infertility, today announced the strategic acquisition of IVF New Jersey Fertility and Gynecology Center ("IVF New Jersey"), one of the largest fertility centers in New Jersey. The acquisition is a unique opportunity to combine two teams of passionate physicians, nurses, researchers, and staff who are dedicated to helping individuals, who face infertility, have healthy families. Financial terms and timelines of the acquisition were not disclosed.
