Research Now is the only market research online sample supplier evaluated in the annual survey to consistently win an award for four consecutive years, and topped its nearest competitor in the "Best Quality Deliverables" category by nearly 20% in the 2017 survey.

Suppliers were broken out into five different categories: online sample, qualitative research, syndicated research, full-service research, and online survey software. In the study specifically for the Online Sample Providers segment, a total of 22 firms were evaluated with 1,306 of their customers surveyed.
