Research Now SSI Named No. 1 Among Online Sample Suppliers for Thought Leadership and Quality Deliverables in MarketResearchCareers' Customer Survey
DALLAS, Feb. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Research Now SSI, the global leader in digital research data and marketing services for better insights and business decisions, achieved the top ranking in the "Thought Leadership" and "Quality Deliverables" categories among Online Sample Providers on the 2018 Market Research Careers Supplier Report Card, recently released by MarketResearchCareers.com. The survey reports on the performance of each supplier as evaluated by their customers.
Prior to the the merger of Research Now and SSI on December 20, 2017, Research Now was the only market research online sample supplier evaluated in the annual survey to consistently win an award for four consecutive years; 2018 now marks the fifth year of accomplishment as the combined company Research Now SSI. The company also topped its nearest competitor in the "Best Quality Deliverables" category by over 20% in the 2018 survey.

The thirteenth edition of the survey was conducted between January 9 and February 2, 2018. Nearly 5,500 data points were collected from 800 market research professionals using an online survey. Participants were randomly selected from MarketResearchCareers' membership database of nearly 50,000 market research professionals. Suppliers were broken out into five different categories: online sample, qualitative research, syndicated research, full service research, and online survey software. In the study around the Online Sample Providers segment specifically, a total of 30 firms were evaluated with 1,318 of their customers surveyed.
