ResellerClub's Inaugural New gTLD Summit Sees Participation From Key Industry Stakeholders

ResellerClub's recently concluded New gTLD Summit saw participation from a host of key players from the domains and web hosting industry such as Donuts, Radix, Affilias, .SHIKSHA, .DESI and .CLUB. The event was the first-of-its-kind to be held in India, targeted exclusively at the New gTLD Industry Segment that is still at a nascent stage of development.

The summit was the perfect platform for registry representatives, registrars, resellers and other interested stakeholders to discuss key industry issues such as creating awareness about new gTLDs, looking at the current growth drivers of new gTLDs, innovative methods to boost awareness about new gTLDs and several other topics of significant relevance such as the SEO impact of new gTLDs as well as a panel discussion.

With several new gTLDs entering general availability every week, ResellerClub has undertaken a number of initiatives to create awareness about this promising new industry segment. The discussions at the new gTLD summit tackled these and several other intriguing questions. "A number of stakeholders raised questions around whether they should jump onto the New gTLD bandwagon.
