Resideo Appoints Key Customer-Facing Leadership Roles For Products & Solutions Business

AUSTIN, Texas, April 16, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Resideo Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: REZI), a leading global provider of home comfort and security solutions, today announced several leadership appointments in key, customer-facing roles.

Petrina Zaraszczak has been named vice president and general manager of Resideo's Comfort line of business, reporting directly to Sach Sankpal. Zaraszczak has been serving as the interim leader of the business since June 2019 and brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in product marketing and strategy to the role. With a customer-centric mindset, Zaraszczak has a proven track record of turning around and growing global businesses to deliver on short- and long-term objectives.

Scott Harkins has been named vice president of sales and channel for Resideo's Products & Solutions business, reporting directly to Sach Sankpal. Harkins has held multiple positions within Resideo and Honeywell, including leading sales and connected home. With an extensive background in the security industry, Harkins is one of the most connected and experienced professionals in IoT and understands what consumers want from the constantly changing home technology market.

Mike Maher has been appointed sales director for Resideo's Security line of business and will report directly to Scott Harkins. For more than 23 years, Maher has held various sales leadership roles within Resideo and Honeywell and has over 30 years of leadership experience in the security industry. A dynamic sales leader with a proven strategic and tactical approach to driving profitable revenue growth, Maher is well known and regarded by his peers, Resideo's customers and industry influencers.
