Resilience Capital Partners Announces Add-On Investment for its North Coast Minerals Portfolio Company

CLEVELAND, March 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Resilience Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm, announced its investment in Completion Industrial Minerals. This transaction marks the third under Resilience’s industrial minerals platform, North Coast Minerals. Completion Industrial Minerals is in the process of completing the build out of its processing and distribution infrastructure to produce and provide silica sand from its reserves for utilization as a fracturing sand for the energy market.

Located in Marshfield, Wisconsin, Completion Industrial Minerals holds high quality silica sand reserves and is in the process of completing the construction of a processing facility that includes rail car loading capabilities.
