Respected Silicon Valley Executive Larry Lang Joins Infineta Systems' Board of Directors
SAN JOSE, Calif., May 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Infineta Systems, the first and only provider of WAN optimization solutions for Big Traffic workflows, announced today that it has named Larry Lang to the company's Board of Directors. Lang joins a stellar team of board members with deep IT infrastructure, software and communications experience along with strong investment and entrepreneurial success.

Lang presently serves as CEO of Quorum Labs and brings more than twenty years of global business-building experience to Infineta's Board. As General Manager (GM) of the Mobility Business Unit at Cisco Systems, he grew Cisco's mobile Internet business from near-zero to several hundred million dollars. Previously, Lang drove product strategy at Ipsilon Networks and was instrumental in leading the company through its acquisition by Nokia. Lang received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Duke and an MS in Operations Research from Stanford.
